Job Responsibilities: 1. In alignment with the company’s overall development objectives and the directives of senior management, formulate, standardize, and refine the engineering contract management system, ensuring that the project cost management framework fully integrates both managerial and service-oriented functions to facilitate the smooth and sustainable operation of projects while safeguarding the company’s interests. 2. Conduct economic reviews at each stage of the project; implement dynamic cost control and management measures in the best interest of the company. 3. Oversee and enhance both cost‑early‑warning mechanisms and cost‑analysis processes to maximize the company’s profitability. 4. Be responsible for preparing bid budgets during the tendering process. 5. Comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and provisions.

Finance Department
Our company’s finance department comprises six employees, including one chief financial officer and one finance manager. Responsible for organizing and carrying out financial management tasks, it serves as a specialized administrative unit within the company’s management structure.
