Domestic Cooperation

I. Equipment Procurement Model:

Based on customer requirements, we select product models, features, and quantities for equipment tendering and procurement. Haiyue Technology provides technical support, design, transportation, installation, special inspection, handover, and other related services.

 

II. Installment Payment Model:

Based on the customer’s requirements, we will select product models, features, and quantities for equipment tendering and procurement. Haiyue Technology will provide technical support, design, transportation, installation, special inspection, handover, and other related services. The purchaser shall pay the corresponding funds‑occupation fee as agreed by both parties, and the equipment may be paid for in installments, with full payment completed within the agreed timeframe.

 

III. Financing‑Based Construction‑Management Model:

Based on client needs, Haiyue Technology can undertake the financing and turnkey construction of parking‑lot projects on behalf of its clients. Upon signing the contract, Haiyue Technology will provide technical support, design, transportation, installation, special‑inspection services, handover procedures, and project construction for the parking equipment and associated works—including civil engineering, exterior finishes, surveillance systems, charging stations, and other related components. Once the project is completed, the client shall pay the agreed‑upon construction fees as stipulated in the contract, together with applicable charges for the use of funds.

 

IV. Cooperative Operation Models (such as BOT, PPP, etc.):

The user provides the land, while Haiyue Technology supplies the equipment; the two parties jointly invest in construction and allocate equity shares in proportion to their respective contributions. They will operate the facility together, sharing profits equally. The term of operation shall be determined based on market conditions, and upon expiration of the agreed-upon period, the parking lot will be transferred free of charge to the user for continued use.

 

V. Investment and Business Model:

Haiyue Technology will fund the acquisition of land for the parking lot and finance its construction; it will also operate the parking lot independently, assuming full responsibility for profits and losses.
