The group’s headquarters is located at the Midea Cai Zhi Center in Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, and it has subsidiaries in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Hainan, Guangxi, and other regions.The company’s business spans five major sectors: real estate development, construction of intelligent multi‑level parking garages, renovation of older residential communities (including elevator installation), mineral resources, and cultural and entertainment development.Among these initiatives, the research and development as well as the construction of intelligent multi‑level parking garages will serve as the Group’s primary strategic focus following its innovation‑driven transformation, with the goal of pursuing an IPO.

This equipment, commonly known as the “car Ferris wheel,” features a small footprint, high parking capacity, flexible layout, and convenient vehicle access. For example, an 11‑story vertical‑circulation automated parking system requires only 30 square meters of floor space and can accommodate 20 vehicles, representing a tenfold increase in parking capacity compared to conventional systems.
This equipment uses an electric motor to drive a chain or wire rope, enabling the platform to move vertically and horizontally for vehicle storage and retrieval. It can accommodate anywhere from a few to over a thousand parking spaces and is suitable for both surface and underground parking facilities; it can also be configured as a semi‑underground system. With its flexible deployment options, low construction costs, and fast, convenient vehicle access, it is both environmentally friendly and energy‑efficient.
