II. Responsibilities: 1. Formulating procurement plans, placing product orders, and managing delivery schedules; 2. Identifying product suppliers, collecting relevant information, and developing supplier relationships; 3. Conducting price comparisons and negotiating terms with suppliers, as well as coordinating communication with suppliers and other departments; 4. Improving procurement workflows and standards to minimize the number of handling stages, thereby reducing inventory holding time and avoiding unnecessary costs, in order to achieve optimal inventory turnover; 5. Developing, selecting, and managing local suppliers.

Basic Introduction: Established at the company’s inception in 2014, the Sales Department is one of Haiyue Technology Group’s most vital divisions. Upholding the ethos of “decisive action and unwavering determination,” the Sales Department has repeatedly achieved remarkable success. The team has grown from its initial three members to a highly efficient group of ten, characterized by unity, proactive collaboration, and clear division of responsibilities.
