Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the company’s engineering construction and project delivery, provide users with premium, satisfactory operations and maintenance as well as after-sales services, and offer robust support to the sales and engineering teams.
2.
Responsible for after-sales service at the assigned garage, conducting monthly and annual routine maintenance and inspections as required, accurately completing all maintenance and inspection forms, ensuring proper execution of maintenance tasks, and maintaining records and filing documentation.
3.
Responsible for providing customers with training on the operation of parking equipment and proper parking practices, among other related topics.
4.
Responsible for handling sudden malfunctions of parking equipment; upon receiving an assignment, promptly proceed to the site to resolve the issue, thereby minimizing customer complaints and grievances.
5.
Responsible for collecting information on garage operational quality, documenting various issues encountered during product use, analyzing their root causes, and proposing improvement recommendations.
6.
Proactively coordinate and communicate with user units and parking customers to foster strong collaborative relationships, and be responsible for entering into paid maintenance contracts for parking equipment with user units and collecting the corresponding maintenance fees.
