On January 16, the Third Session of the Third Committee of the Guanshanhu District CPPCC opened, with Li Jing, CEO of Haiyue Technology Group, attending as a member of the CPPCC. During the session, he actively participated, voiced the CPPCC’s perspectives, and contributed to its work.

During the preparatory phase leading up to the Two Sessions, Li Jing drew attention from the Guanshanhu District Integrated Media Center. How is Committee Member Li Jing preparing for this year’s session, and what proposals has she put forward? She granted a media interview on these topics.

In a media interview, Li Jing stated that, first and foremost, it requires mental preparedness—strengthening ideological study in both professional and personal life to elevate one’s political awareness. Secondly, in terms of action, as a member of the CPPCC, one must shift from concern for personal reputation to a sense of responsibility, genuinely engage with the lives of ordinary people, visit enterprises and communities, conduct thorough research on pressing issues, and draft proposals that articulate the public’s concerns, along with concrete solutions and recommendations, to be submitted to the session for discussion, thereby fulfilling one’s duties in earnest. As a representative from the science and technology sector, she brought three proposals to this year’s Two Sessions: the first proposes ways to help technology‑driven enterprises establish themselves more easily in Guanshanhu; the second offers recommendations for reforming the current property‑management system; and the third suggests measures to accelerate the optimization of policies encouraging childbirth.

Haiyue Technology Group is a company operating in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector. As a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Li Jing is attending the Two Sessions for the third time this year. She stated that optimizing the business environment for investment promotion in Guanshanhu District and facilitating the establishment of real‑world enterprises there are matters of particular concern to her. Grounded in practical experience, she has conducted in-depth research and put forward recommendations to bolster investment attraction in the district. At the same time, she will guide companies to pursue continuous innovation, refine Haiyue’s product offerings, and strengthen their core competitiveness.
