Announcement Regarding the Company’s Name Change

In accordance with the company’s strategic plan and business development needs, and to further advance its nationwide operations, Haiyue Technology Group’s subsidiary, Guizhou Haiyue Technology Three-Dimensional Parking Equipment Co., Ltd., has changed its name effective November 22, 2023, to Guizhou Haiyue Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Its unified social credit code remains 915205223373096442. The relevant details are hereby announced as follows:

1. The industrial and commercial registration amendment procedures for the aforementioned name change were completed on November 22, 2023, and a new business license has been obtained.

2. Following the company’s name change, its business operations and legal relationships remain unchanged. Prior to November 22, 2023, all documents, internal regulations, official correspondence, and contracts and agreements issued by the former “Guizhou Haiyue Technology Automated Parking Equipment Co., Ltd.” shall continue to be valid, and existing business relationships and service commitments shall remain intact.
