Job Responsibilities
1. In accordance with the company’s overall development objectives and the directives of senior management, we will formulate, standardize, and refine the engineering contract management system, ensuring that the project cost management framework fully embodies both the managerial and service-oriented functions of contract administration, thereby facilitating the smooth and sustainable operation of projects and safeguarding the company’s interests.
2. Conduct economic reviews at each stage of the project; implement dynamic cost control and management in the best interests of the company.
3. Lead and refine both cost‑alerting and cost‑analysis functions to maximize the company’s profitability.
4. Responsible for preparing bid budgets in the tendering process;
5. In accordance with national laws, regulations, rules, and policies, and taking into account the company’s interests and the specific circumstances of the project, review the financial provisions of both general‑contracting and subcontracting agreements.
6. Collaborate with the project department to effectively manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and final settlement, as well as on-site variation order review.
7. Responsible for verifying progress payments under engineering contracts and for verifying all payable amounts under subcontract agreements, material supply contracts, and other related contracts in accordance with the contract provisions.
8. Timely acquisition of market price information for labor, materials, and equipment. Oversight of the procurement process to ensure its improvement and standardization, thereby systematizing and streamlining procurement activities, with the goal of reasonably reducing project costs and under the premise of ensuring the project’s stable development, thus supporting the overall progress of the project.
9. Responsible for the management of supplier, labor service company, and workforce roster maintenance, including establishment, updating, addition, and deletion.
10. Responsible for the archival management of engineering contracts and project documentation, as well as the tracking and control of contract performance; establish and maintain a contract management ledger.
11. In coordination with the project department, responsible for communicating with the parties involved in project settlement and auditing.
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
