The main structure of Jiangxi’s largest intelligent multi‑level parking facility has been completed and is set to open soon.

The multi‑storey parking facility at the Jiangxi Refractory Materials Plant broke ground in December 2018. More than nine months have now passed, and on-site observations indicate that the main structural work has been completed and the facility is nearing commissioning. As shown in the photos, the ancillary service buildings and the main structure of the north‑side multi‑storey car park are fully finished, with exterior façade work already underway for the service buildings. The parking tower’s steel‑frame superstructure has also been completed and is about to enter the exterior wall construction phase; once all structural components are in place, the project will move into the commissioning stage. According to available information, the Jiangxi Refractory Parking Facility is located adjacent to the Provincial Building Materials Wholesale Market and the under‑construction Wangfujing commercial complex.

According to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport, parking rates at Daxing International Airport are identical to those at Capital International Airport, with the first 15 minutes free. Additionally, vehicles parked overnight can use the “long-term parking lot,” where daily parking fees are capped at 80 yuan. Daily parking fees are capped at 80 yuan. To accommodate private vehicles, Daxing International Airport has constructed two public parking garages—one on the east side and one on the west—offering a total of 4,200 parking spaces.
