“With the wind at our backs and waves to conquer, we shall hoist our sails and cross the vast sea.” In this vibrant March of 2019, the construction division of Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group—Guangsha Construction Group—has enjoyed a string of successes, earning the prestigious title of “Model Construction Site for Safety and Civilized Construction” for two consecutive years, 2017 and 2018. In accordance with the “Measures for the Selection of Model Construction Sites for Safety and Civilized Construction in Guizhou Province” and the requirements outlined in the “Notice on Vigorously Promoting the Standardization of Construction Safety Management,” the provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development and the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban–Rural Development jointly organized evaluations for the 2017–2018 period, recognizing exemplary practices in construction safety across Guizhou Province.
