On September 25, Beijing Daxing International Airport officially began operations. For travelers opting to use private cars for shuttle services, parking at the airport has become a major concern. According to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport,
The parking rates at Beijing Daxing International Airport are identical to those at Beijing Capital International Airport, with the first 15 minutes free. Meanwhile, overnight vehicles may be parked in the “Long-Term Parking Lot,” with a daily parking fee capped at 80 yuan.

Daily parking fees are capped at 80 yuan.
To accommodate public vehicles, Beijing Daxing International Airport has constructed two parking garages—one on the east side and one on the west—providing a total of 4,200 parking spaces. Passengers can access the terminals via covered walkways connecting the two parking structures, with shorter walking distances compared to Terminal 3 at Beijing Capital International Airport.
In addition, there are five other parking facilities—namely the remote‑area parking lot, the near‑terminal parking lot, the internal transportation hub parking lot, the terminal‑front parking lot, and the central landscaped‑axis parking lot—offering a total of 4,800 parking spaces. In other words,
Beijing Daxing International Airport offers more than 9,000 parking spaces in total.
For new energy vehicles,
The East Parking Garage at the airport features 52 charging stations, distributed across the mezzanine level and the basement level.
In the future, facilities will be progressively developed in line with a 15% standard, reaching approximately 600 units.
In addition, the Lixian Service Area near the airport is equipped with approximately 200 charging stations. The service area is also planning to build battery-swap stations to provide battery‑swapping services for electric taxis, with completion and commissioning expected within one to two months.

Can’t find a parking spot when dropping off friends or family at the airport? Arrive only to realize you’ve forgotten your power bank? Or discover that your favorite “magical” perfume—over the allowed limit—can’t be brought on board during security? Chances are, many of us have been there. How can we offer travelers a unique parking experience, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey through Beijing Daxing International Airport? Shougang Fund’s S-PARK, leveraging its technological and service strengths, is fully prepared.
Thoughtful service, Quickly find your car in the endangered animals section.

Daxing International Airport’s parking garage is divided into eastern and western sections, with three above-ground levels and one underground level, offering a total of 4,238 parking spaces, including 630 charging spots. To help travelers easily identify their parking areas, the facility is zoned into color-coded sections such as yellow and green. Notably, the parking operator has partnered with nonprofit organizations to designate each zone with the image of a rare wildlife species. In the future, drivers will no longer rely on conventional designations like “Zone A” or “Zone D”; instead, they’ll find familiar names like “Amur Tiger Zone” or “Chinese Alligator Zone.”
In addition, each level of the parking garage at Beijing Daxing International Airport features thoughtful little “extras”—extra‑large parking spaces designed for beginners, 50% larger than standard spots. Beyond these oversized bays, Shougang Fund’s S‑PARK also provides designated spaces for persons with disabilities; this diverse range of parking options helps users of all types park more quickly and conveniently. 。
Smart parking, A robot can help you park in just two minutes.
S-PARK, the Shougang Fund’s parking facility, has introduced automated guided vehicle (AGV) parking robots. Passengers no longer need to worry about difficulties like “finding a parking spot” or “struggling to park due to lack of skill”—they simply drive their car into the handover station and can leave with ease, as all parking and vehicle retrieval tasks are handled entirely by the parking robots.

The robotic parking facility comprises four handover stations. Once a vehicle is driven into the center of a station, a large display screen prompts the driver to engage the handbrake, confirm that no passengers or valuables remain inside, and lock the doors. After completing these steps, a robot arrives at the station, uses its onboard scanning system to automatically adjust its dimensions, lifts the car by all four wheels like a forklift, and transports it to an appropriate parking space—entirely without any human intervention.

According to reports, the pilot parking facility currently deploying robotic parking is located in the central area on the first floor of Parking Lot P2 at Beijing Daxing International Airport and will be put into service concurrently with the airport. If the pilot proves successful, the deployment of parking robots will be expanded in the future.
Taxi waiting areas differ between Beijing and Hebei.
As Beijing Daxing International Airport is located at the border between Beijing and Langfang, taxis from both cities are permitted to operate there. In terms of management,
In Beijing and Hebei Province, taxi holding areas and waiting areas are separately designated.
The drop-off zone is centrally designated, the dispatch station is under unified management, and traffic administrative enforcement is carried out uniformly by the Beijing Municipal Traffic Enforcement Authority.
A taxi stand is located at the northwest corner of the airport terminal, with a Beijing taxi stand capable of accommodating over 1,100 vehicles and a Hebei taxi stand able to hold 300 vehicles. The taxi waiting areas are situated on the terminal’s first floor, adjacent to two lanes on the terminal side, featuring two Beijing taxi waiting areas and one Hebei taxi waiting area. Taxi drop-off zones are located on the third and fourth floors of the terminal: the third floor serves domestic departures, while the fourth floor serves international departures.
To meet the travel needs of passengers traveling to Hebei and Tianjin, four interprovincial passenger routes have been launched in the initial phase, serving Tianjin, Langfang, Tangshan, and Baoding. In the future, additional routes will be added based on adjustments to flight schedules and passenger demand.
Airport buses run every half hour.
Airport buses are an important mode of transportation for travelers arriving at and departing from the airport. At present, Beijing Daxing International Airport operates six airport bus routes: five daytime routes connecting the airport to Beijing Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Tongzhou, and Fangshan; and one nighttime route linking the airport to Qianmen.
The daytime airport bus routes operate from 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the direction of the airport, and from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the direction back to Beijing. The nighttime route runs from 11:30 p.m. until the last flight of the day. The fare is 40 yuan, and buses currently depart every half hour.
The northern extension of the Daxing Airport Line will break ground within the year.
Compared with surface transportation, traveling by subway offers greater reliability in terms of travel time. The Daxing Airport Line has three stations: Daxing Airport Station, Daxing Xincheng Station, and Caqiao Station, with a journey from Caqiao to Daxing Airport taking just 19 minutes. Positioned as an airport‑dedicated line, fares are available in four categories: standard single‑ride tickets, business‑class single‑ride tickets, integrated air‑rail tickets, and interval‑specific electronic multi‑ride passes.
During the initial phase of operation, the Daxing Airport Line will run from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Based on flight schedules, headways during peak periods (7:00–9:00 a.m. and 3:00–7:00 p.m.) will be 8 minutes and 30 seconds, while headways during off-peak hours will be 10 minutes. Throughout actual operations, operating hours may be adjusted and extended, and headways shortened, as appropriate, depending on nighttime arrival patterns.
For boarding, alighting, and ticketing, passengers can purchase tickets at station self-service kiosks or at the customer service center on-site; alternatively, they can buy tickets in advance through the Yitongxing app and collect them at a self-service ticket‑collection machine. Both the platform’s self-service machines and the customer service center accept cashless payments.
According to the plan, the Daxing Airport Line will be extended northward to the Lize Business District. The northern extension will begin at Caqiao Station and terminate at the Lize Business District, with a city terminal building to be constructed concurrently at the station. Upon completion, passengers will be able to transfer at Lize Business District Station to the under-construction Lines 14 and 16, as well as the planned Line 11. Construction of the northern extension is scheduled to commence by the end of this year, with completion expected in 2021.
