　From October 29 to 30, Wu Haichao, Chairman of the Board of Haiyue Technology Group, led a delegation to Shaoguan, Guangdong, to conduct an investment and operations feasibility study. During the visit, the group reached preliminary cooperation agreements with multiple parties regarding the development, construction, and operation of multi‑level parking facilities in Shaoguan.

　　At the invitation of the Shaoguan Municipal Development Research Center, Wu Haichao, Chairman of the Board of Haiyue Technology, Zhang Lixin, Vice Chairman, and other members of the delegation conducted on-site inspections of several multi‑storey parking garage projects and related land parcels in downtown Shaoguan, gaining insights into their operational status. Both sides expressed hope to seize this opportunity to explore collaborative models in greater depth, broaden avenues for cooperation, and strive for mutually beneficial outcomes.

Attending the meeting were Bureau Director Lü Yang, Deputy Director Wang Yong, Long Zhouli from the Municipal Works and Landscaping Section, and Peng Chengfa, General Manager of the Urban Development Company, among others.
