Guiyang’s Baiyun District and Haiyue Technology Group Held a Symposium: Jointly Advancing Smart City Development!

　　On November 17, the Baiyun District Government of Guiyang City and Haiyue Technology Group held a symposium, during which both sides engaged in discussions on deepening government–enterprise cooperation and jointly advancing the construction of key projects. Attending the meeting were Li Bin, Deputy Director of the Baiyun District Economic Management Committee; Chen Peng, Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Liu Bo, Director of the Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion; and Zhou Haixia, head of Chengwei Company. Representing Haiyue Technology Group were Chairman Wu Haichao and Vice General Manager Li Bo.

　　Li Bin welcomed Wu Haichao’s visit and extended a warm welcome to Haiyue Technology Group for investing and doing business in Baiyun District, fostering complementary strengths and mutually beneficial cooperation. He expressed hope that this occasion would serve as an opportunity to deepen collaborative arrangements, broaden channels of partnership, and jointly advance the high-quality economic and social development of Baiyun District.

　　At the meeting, Wu Haichao outlined the group’s development journey and its plans for an IPO, adding that Haiyue Technology is leveraging its strengths to deliver solutions to urban parking challenges and support the smart city initiative in Baiyun District.

　　The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on advancing pragmatic cooperation between government and enterprises, project implementation, industrial investment, and other areas, with the aim of jointly formulating effective strategies for development and collaboratively promoting smart city construction.

Chairman Wu Haichao led a delegation to Shaoguan, Guangdong, for an investment inspection and reached preliminary cooperation agreements with multiple parties.
