Haiyue Technology Group Held the 2023 Annual Target Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony.

To further clarify objectives, align thinking, and ensure the successful completion of all 2023 goals and tasks, Haiyue Technology Group held a signing ceremony for the 2023 Annual Target Responsibility Agreements on the morning of February 10. The Group’s leadership team, along with the heads of its subsidiaries and departments, attended the event.

At the meeting, Wu Haichao, Chairman of the Board of Haiyue Technology Group, delivered an important address, after which he signed the “2023 Annual Work Objectives and Responsibility Agreements” with the heads of each subsidiary and department.

Chairman Wu Haichao provided a comprehensive review of Haiyue Technology Group’s performance in 2022 and outlined key priorities and strategic directions for 2023. He emphasized that this year marks a pivotal period of reform, innovation, and enhancement for Haiyue, as well as a year brimming with opportunities for the Group’s continued growth. In line with its development plan, the Group has meticulously set its 2023 operational targets and is systematically advancing the strategic positioning and implementation progress across all business segments.

First, they must implement a target‑responsibility system, strengthen their sense of accountability and commitment, and make every effort to achieve the year’s objectives. Second, they should adopt a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach, formulate clear strategies and action plans, cascade these down through all levels, assign responsibilities to specific individuals, and ensure the solid and effective execution of all tasks. Third, they must continue to enforce a comprehensive performance‑evaluation mechanism to boost employee motivation, fostering a shared sense of pride and responsibility—where the enterprise and its employees prosper together or suffer together—and rigorously apply annual target‑based assessments to drive high‑quality development across Haiyue Technology Group.
