Li Jing of Haiyue Technology Group was honored with the Outstanding Proposal Award.

　　 On February 15, the Second Session of the Third Committee of the Guanshanhu District CPPCC was inaugurated. The proposal titled “Suggestions on Enhancing the Competitiveness and Driving Force of Industrial Parks in Guanshanhu District,” submitted by Li Jing, a member of the Guanshanhu District CPPCC and CEO of Haiyue Technology Group, was recognized as an Outstanding Proposal for 2022 by the Guanshanhu District CPPCC.

　　In this round of the Performance‑Driven Contribution Awards, a total of 15 outstanding collectives, 5 exemplary proposals, 38 model performers, and 10 distinguished CPPCC workers were recognized. “As CPPCC members, we must stay grounded in our primary duties and courageously shoulder greater social responsibilities,” said Li Jing. In her view, the status of CPPCC member is not merely an honor; it is also a weighty responsibility and commitment.

　　Haiyue Technology Group is an enterprise operating in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector. As the Group’s CEO, Li Jing conducted thorough preliminary research—grounded in practical experience—on issues such as the business environment and measures to foster a stable and supportive climate for businesses, as well as ways to truly achieve regional economic circulation. During the 2022 Two Sessions of Guanshanhu District, she submitted a proposal titled “Suggestions on Enhancing the Competitiveness and Driving Force of Industrial Parks in Guanshanhu District.” The proposal offers policy recommendations on optimizing the business environment to better support enterprises, strengthening assistance throughout the process of establishing and developing the real economy; expediting approval procedures for industrial project implementation; and prioritizing the procurement and absorption of products from local enterprises in government‑led projects, thereby revitalizing local firms, boosting both fiscal revenue and tax income in the region, and effectively promoting internal economic circulation.

　　This year marks the second year of Li Jing’s tenure. She stated that, in her future work, she will continue to stay grounded in her duties, focus on key priorities for development, conduct in-depth field research, and draft more high‑quality proposals. She will offer constructive advice and recommendations to enhance public welfare and boost the economic development of Guanshanhu District, steadily fulfilling the responsibilities and commitments of a CPPCC member.
