By integrating a variable-frequency drive with a PLC programmable controller, the system achieves vehicle storage and retrieval through a sequence of stop–cycle–stop operations: 1. For parking, the driver maneuvers the vehicle into the precise position on the equipment’s parking rack, then exits. After swiping a card or pressing a button, the motor starts, causing the parking rack to move; simultaneously, another rack rotates into the entry position and stops, allowing the next step—parking the vehicle—to proceed. 2. For retrieval, the driver swipes a card or presses a button, triggering the system. The parking rack then follows the pre‑set shortest path to the exit point. The driver enters the vehicle positioned on the parking rack and drives the car out.
