With a floor area of 50 square meters, how many cars can it accommodate at the same time? The answer from Guizhou Haiyue Technology Vertical Parking Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haiyue Technology) is: 50 vehicles!

The Nanming District Branch of the Guiyang Municipal Public Security Bureau is one of the beneficiaries. Previously, its parking lot could accommodate just over ten vehicles, severely hampering police operations and travel. Haiyue Technology stepped in to provide a solution, expanding the parking capacity to 66 spaces.

“Based on the site’s specific conditions, we installed three sets of seven‑level vertical‑circulation automated parking systems and one six‑level lift‑and‑slide automated parking system, maximizing parking capacity,” said Liu Manchao, a director at Haiyue Technology. He added that the equipment is independently developed and manufactured by the company, allowing for flexible configuration to suit varying lot sizes and ceiling heights. It features modular assembly, a small footprint, and the ability to raise and lower vehicles in both directions.

In 2015, Haiyue Technology was founded amid the fervent drive for industrial transformation and upgrading, positioning itself as a company dedicated to providing end-to-end services—research and development, manufacturing, installation, and construction—of high-end intelligent multi‑level parking systems.

After four years of development, Haiyue Technology has successively designed and developed six major categories of mechanical parking equipment, encompassing eight distinct product models—such as simple lift‑type automated parking systems, lift‑and‑translate automated parking systems, flat‑move automated parking systems, and aisle‑stacking automated parking systems. Each solution effectively transcends spatial constraints, and to date the company has delivered nearly 6,000 automated parking spaces to the market, with projects spanning Guizhou Province—including Qianxi, Qingzhen, Anshun, and Guiyang—and other regions such as Chongqing and Yunnan.

In 2018, Haiyue Technology was certified as a high-tech enterprise, and its parking equipment products were awarded prestigious honors by the China Parking Industry Association, including “Green, Energy-Saving, and Environmentally Friendly Product” and “National Innovative Technology Pioneer Brand.” To date, the company holds 12 national invention patents and 16 software copyrights.

Amidst both opportunities and challenges, and through relentless exploration and advancement in “innovation” and “intelligence,” Haiyue Technology has grown into one of the strongest and largest manufacturers of intelligent automated parking systems in Southwest China.

Success stems from proactive initiative. Within the Haiyue Science and Technology Park, a “vertical lift‑type multi‑level parking system”—covering 50 square meters and standing 25 stories tall (equivalent to a 15‑story building)—is drawing considerable attention. “This system can accommodate 50 vehicles simultaneously,” said Liu Manchao.

The equipment, commonly known as an elevator‑type parking tower, operates on principles and a structure similar to those of an elevator. Drivers simply park their vehicles at the entrance; no reversing or U‑turns are required. The vehicle‑lifting system automatically raises and moves the car to the nearest available parking space, enabling fully automated parking and intelligent management.

“The equipment is still under development and will be available on the market next year,” said Liu Manchao.

“To enhance the intelligence of its products and optimize the user experience of parking equipment, Haiyue Technology continuously innovates, developing intelligent control systems such as automated multi‑level parking management systems, automated vehicle guidance systems, vehicle recognition and parking‑fee collection systems, and parking‑data‑acquisition systems. These solutions effectively address the pressing social issue of “difficulty in finding parking,” offering smarter, more convenient, and resource‑efficient operational approaches,” Liu Manchao said with full confidence.
