Guangzhou Airport and high-speed rail station parking lots have fully implemented cashless, no-stop payment.

On November 1, Guangdong United Electronic Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “United E‑Service”) announced that the ETC express lanes at P1–P8 of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and the P3 rapid passenger‑pickup zone at Guangzhou South Railway Station (located at Pier No. 10 on Nan Zhan South Road) have been equipped with ETC non‑stop payment functionality. Vehicle owners who have registered for ETC can enjoy a convenient parking experience—no stopping, no scanning, no queuing, and no need to use cash.

Guangzhou’s two major transportation hubs have entered the era of ETC contactless payment.
According to reports, Baiyun Airport and Guangzhou South Railway Station are key transportation hubs in South China, handling a massive daily passenger flow. To accelerate vehicle access to and from the airport and high-speed rail station, Federal Vehicle Network Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of United Electric Service Co., Ltd., has upgraded selected parking facilities with ETC-based, toll‑free exit technology. Upon completion, drivers equipped with ETC can pass through the ETC lanes at Baiyun Airport Parking and Guangzhou South Railway Station in approximately two seconds, enabling automatic payment and seamless departure and significantly improving traffic flow during peak periods.
Unlike on expressways, when using the ETC fast lanes at Baiyun Airport and Guangzhou South Railway Station, if a payment attempt fails, drivers can choose an alternative payment method to exit without having to reverse.
Yuetong Card users can issue parking fee invoices online.
In addition, addressing car owners’ concerns about invoicing, Federal Car Network has taken the lead in launching an ETC parking invoice platform in China. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, as one of the first pilot sites for this platform, now supports the direct online issuance of ETC parking invoices. Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Shenzhen Yifangcheng, and other venues also support issuing ETC parking invoices online. Yuetong Card users can issue ETC parking invoices by either filling in the relevant information on the “ETC Invoice” page within the “ETC Chebao” app, or by selecting “ETC Invoice” under “Transportation & Parking – Parking Center – Request Invoice” on the Baiyun International Airport WeChat official account.

At present, nearly 200 parking facilities at landmark locations in eight cities across the province have been integrated with ETC. The implementation of ETC‑enabled parking lots at Baiyun Airport and Guangzhou South Railway Station has set a benchmark for expanding ETC applications throughout Guangdong Province. As the number of ETC applications in Guangdong continues to grow, United Electric Service Co., Ltd. will further expand ETC‑based parking solutions at key transportation hubs, commercial complexes, public service centers, universities, and large residential communities, thereby fully realizing the widespread adoption of ETC‑enabled parking.
