Recently, Chang’an Town in Dongguan City has introduced a special rectification plan to alleviate difficulties in parking and traffic flow. In addition, Chang’an will intensify enforcement efforts to crack down on illegal passenger‑carrying practices involving motorcycles and electric bicycles at schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and other public venues.

Parking Enforcement Measures

Explore the establishment of an online, shared smart parking management platform to enable the integration, management, analysis, and sharing of parking data, thereby consolidating parking resources.
