Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, all regions have resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on targeted poverty alleviation and poverty eradication. By focusing on the weak links in poverty reduction efforts and adopting precise measures and comprehensive strategies, decisive progress has been made in the fight against poverty: more than 60 million impoverished people have been lifted out of poverty sustainably, and the incidence of poverty has fallen from 10.2% to below 4%.

On the afternoon of July 17, 2019, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association visited the company’s Qianxi base and conducted an exclusive interview with Chairman Wu Haichao on the company’s proactive efforts to implement targeted poverty alleviation, promote employment, and advance economic development in the Qianxi region.

During the exclusive interview, the chairman outlined Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group’s poverty‑alleviation efforts in Qianxi County, addressing both the company’s current situation and its future prospects. He stated that the enterprise is currently operating smoothly and, looking ahead, plans to onboard 30 to 50 supporting partner firms and recruit a cohort of high‑caliber local talent, thereby injecting fresh vitality and renewed momentum into its growth.

The Chairman emphasized that, in particular, our farmer brothers and sisters in impoverished counties should be able to share in the prosperity and wealth of Haiyue Technology, acquire knowledge and skills, and secure stable incomes.
