　　On the morning of May 25, Chairman Wu Haichao and Chief Financial Officer Tan Zhicheng of the Group’s Board of Directors visited the Qianxi Base to inspect operations and provide guidance on the implementation of key initiatives. Factory Director Jiao Yangming and Deputy Director Zhang Jun accompanied them throughout the visit.

　　Chairman Wu and President Tan inspected the various workshops on the factory premises. Chairman Wu expressed deep concern for workplace safety and product quality, emphasizing that ensuring safety is of paramount importance and that every employee must maintain a strong safety awareness. He urged the production departments to uphold rigorous standards and stringent requirements in all aspects of safety management, to strengthen safety oversight, and to eliminate potential hazards. With regard to product quality, Chairman Wu underscored the principle that “quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise,” calling for heightened sensitivity to quality issues, focused attention on weak links, and robust measures to enhance and refine employees’ skills and technical expertise, so as to elevate overall quality management to a new level.

　　During this inspection and guidance visit, Chairman Wu expressed full recognition of the base’s work and offered valuable insights and recommendations on its key priorities. The entire base team was greatly encouraged and pledged to keep Chairman Wu’s instructions firmly in mind, stay committed to the company’s strategic direction, and ensure that all tasks are effectively implemented.
