On May 15, the mechanical parking equipment project for Building No. 4 of Datang Dongyuan Fortune Plaza (Project P051), undertaken by Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group, successfully passed acceptance inspection.

The project is located at Datang Dongyuan Fortune Plaza in Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City. The total equipment area of this project is 9,290.82 square meters, distributed across Basement Levels B1 and B2. On B1, the equipment comprises 11 bays of two‑level lift‑and‑slide parking, with two bays designed in a front‑to‑back configuration, providing 91 parking spaces. On B2, the equipment includes 13 bays of three‑level lift‑and‑slide parking and 5 bays of two‑level lift‑and‑slide parking, with two bays also configured in a front‑to‑back layout, offering 195 parking spaces. Construction on this project commenced in November 2018. Throughout the construction process, all national construction codes and acceptance standards were strictly adhered to, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

On the day of acceptance, Pang Jianbo and Zhang Feng, heads of the Engineering Department, conducted a thorough inspection and evaluation in accordance with the “Rules for the Installation, Modification, and Major Overhaul of Lifting Machinery,” covering aspects such as the safe operation of equipment and the inspection of its components. All inspections met the acceptance criteria, ensuring that the project passed on the first submission, the first inspection, and the first attempt.
