Vertical circulation equipment Its main types are POP‑type, chain‑plate type, and handcart‑loading/unloading type. Consequently, it is widely used in various urban areas—such as airports, railway stations, bustling commercial districts, stadiums, office buildings, and more—and is one of the ideal mechanical parking systems.
(1) The so‑called POP type utilizes omnidirectional POP units mounted on the travel path, unidirectional POP transmission mechanisms installed on each vehicle frame, and a lifting system to perform vertical and horizontal transport of the vehicle decks, thereby completing the storage or retrieval of vehicles.
(2) Vertical circulation equipment Chain‑plate type (commonly known as tracked type) comprises a horizontal chain‑plate mechanism mounted on the vehicle frame, another horizontal chain‑plate mechanism mounted on the handcart, and a lifting system that enables entry into the garage.
(3) The so‑called trolley‑type loading and unloading system involves a transport trolley that traverses the lane guide rails and is equipped with a lateral drive motor and a vertical conveying system to approach the vehicle.
This product employs vertical circular motion to emulate the vertical‑cyclic parking systems commonly used in vehicles. Depending on the number of parking spaces, it is categorized into large‑scale and small‑scale garages. Large‑scale garages typically accommodate 12 to 40 parking spaces and feature enclosed exterior walls constructed of concrete or steel; they can be further divided into freestanding and integrated types. Freestanding garages are purpose-built as standalone structures, whereas integrated garages are attached to a specific building and situated within the main structure. Small‑scale garages have fewer than 10 parking spaces and are usually open‑air.
Vertical circulation equipment Working principle: The electric motor drives the transmission mechanism via a reducer, and a storage rack is mounted at fixed intervals along the traction chain. When the motor starts, the storage rack moves in a continuous loop with the chain, bringing it into position close to the vehicle. By leveraging mechanical lifting and lateral movement, the carriage platform first performs horizontal circular motion on a plane, positioning itself at the corresponding entry/exit point, after which the lifting mechanism completes the vehicle’s entry and exit.
Vertical circulation equipment Numerous carriers, such as suspended baskets, are arranged in a vertical plane to approach and park vehicles in a circular motion. When a vehicle‑carrying unit is needed, it moves clockwise or counterclockwise to the garage’s entrance and exit and drives in; an attendant then enters the garage to store or retrieve the car, completing the entry process.
