Party organizations in private enterprises are grassroots units of the Communist Party of China established within these enterprises. By fully leveraging their positive role, they play a vital and practical part in broadening the Party’s mass base, strengthening its governance capacity, and promoting the sound and sustainable development of enterprises. The building of Party organizations in private enterprises is directly linked to the new great project of Party building and to the advancement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, further enhancing enterprises’ sense of identity and belonging.

Through the thoughts and actions of Party members, other employees are effectively motivated to work more effectively for the enterprise. By fully leveraging the strengths of the Party’s ideological and political work, combining rigid economic measures with flexible educational approaches, we can address management shortcomings, foster corporate cultural development and technological innovation, and thereby maximize economic performance. This has further expanded the enterprise’s social influence, enhanced its brand recognition, strengthened communication and collaboration with government authorities, and created a favorable social environment for the company’s continued growth.

Leaders have not only placed great emphasis on our company’s Party‑building work but have also shown keen interest in our corporate development. They specifically highlighted the widespread concern over the difficulty of finding parking. Deputy General Manager Liu Manchao noted that inadequate parking is a significant shortcoming in today’s social landscape, and that we must collaborate closely with government authorities to address this issue. Our decision to consolidate the Xiayun plant into the Qianxi plant aims to enhance our products’ market competitiveness by integrating management across both sites, thereby facilitating more effective market planning and product R&D. Moving forward, we will leverage big data and Internet technologies to collect and analyze operational data from our multi‑level parking systems and share this information with users, making our parking facilities more user‑friendly and maximizing efficiency. We will also implement data collection, analysis, and oversight of production processes to boost productivity, improve product quality, and mitigate safety risks.
