On December 3, the three-dimensional public parking project in Liunan District, undertaken by Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Fifth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully passed its completion acceptance, marking the successful completion of the company’s first large-scale prefabricated steel‑structure multi‑storey parking facility.

It is reported that the Liunan District Prefabricated Steel-Structure Multi‑Storey Parking Project is a key public‑welfare initiative in Liunan District, located on Tanzhong West Road in Liuzhou City. On the 10th, with a total floor area of approximately 9,225 square meters, Buildings No. 1 and No. 2 can accommodate 440 vehicles, while the ground level provides parking for an additional 50 cars. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will significantly increase public parking capacity, effectively alleviating traffic congestion and parking shortages in the vicinity of Tanzhong West Road.

After one year of implementation, Guangzhou’s shared parking program has brought 210,000 parking spaces into the system.
