The “China Urban Parking Policy Development Report 2018” compiled more than 260 parking policy documents issued by 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide—covering over 130 cities. Due to space constraints, only the full texts of policies deemed particularly representative have been included in this volume for readers’ reference.
