In the knowledge economy, intellectual property is assuming ever greater significance in economic and social development. Competition driven by innovation and knowledge is intensifying, prompting an increasing number of enterprises to prioritize the protection of their intellectual property rights. As the cornerstone of intellectual property, patents are increasingly recognized as a critical component of corporate competitiveness, serving as a strategic asset that enables firms to sustain innovative capacity and secure a competitive edge.

To encourage and protect innovation, ensure the orderly advancement of the Group’s patent‑filing efforts, cultivate professional patent‑management talent, enhance the company’s capacity to effectively manage and leverage patents, and guide R&D personnel in using patent information to drive technological innovation, on September 10, 2019, Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group invited Zhu Yuanyun, lead instructor at Guiyang Dongsheng Patent & Trademark Agency, to deliver intellectual‑property training for our company’s R&D staff.

At the training session, lead instructor Zhu Yuanyun provided a comprehensive overview of patent fundamentals, software‑related copyright, the strategic significance of patents in corporate competition, and best practices for drafting patent applications and filing patent claims. She engaged participants in lively, real‑time discussions, effectively enhancing their hands‑on skills and guiding them toward more standardized patent‑filing procedures.

Through this training, Haiyue’s R&D personnel have deepened their understanding of patent‑related intellectual property rights and come to appreciate the critical role that intellectual property plays in the company’s future development. The R&D team unanimously pledged to apply what they have learned in their day-to-day work, thoroughly identify patentable aspects within the company’s products, and continue to drive innovative breakthroughs in the Group’s patent‑filing efforts, thereby strengthening the company’s core competitiveness.
