On August 5, Tianfang Big Data, a subsidiary of Changde City Investment Group, launched the unmanned parking‑lot project at the railway station. With the rollout of Changde’s first cloud‑based operator console for an unmanned parking facility, urban parking has entered the smart‑parking era.

Unattended parking lots use an automated system to recognize license plates, record vehicle information in real time, and calculate fees with precision. Parking data is simultaneously transmitted to a cloud server, where cloud-based operators provide backend support for handling entry/exit malfunctions and other anomalies, enabling on-site parking supervision and data collection.

The unmanned parking‑lot model has accumulated valuable experience in elevating the city’s intelligent parking‑management standards, meeting the demand for swift vehicle throughput, and delivering more convenient, smarter, and higher‑quality services to drivers, while eliminating manual toll collection. The phenomenon of “leakage, spillage, and waste.”
