The 3rd Skills Games of Haiyue Technology Group, 2019

At 8:10 a.m. on July 31, 2019, the third Skills Games of Haiyue Technology Group officially commenced. Leaders including Liu Manchao, head of the Qianxi Production Base; Wu Hailong, manager of the Receiving and Dispatching Department; Zhang Ruchun, plant director; Li Bo, head of the Xiayun Production Base; and Deng Mingfei, plant director, led all employees of the Qianxi Production Base and participating staff from the Xiayun Production Base in a skills competition themed “Pioneering Innovation and Striving for Excellence.”

At 8:20 a.m., a flag-raising ceremony was held, during which the national anthem was played, the national flag was raised, and the Haiyue flag was hoisted. All employees stood at attention and rendered the salute.

With the flag-raising ceremony concluded, all employees of the Qianxi Production Base offered the song “Ode to the Motherland” as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to our great motherland and to Haiyue Technology Group. We extend our warm wishes for the complete success of Haiyue Technology’s Sports Meet, for Haiyue Technology Group to soar ever higher, and for our motherland to grow ever more prosperous and thriving.

The flag-raising ceremony has officially concluded, and Assistant Plant Manager Ding Bao of the Qianxi Production Base led all employees to the opening‑ceremony venue. All staff lined up neatly and entered the venue in an orderly manner.

The Third Skills Games have officially commenced. Chief Judge Tan Changling, on behalf of all the judges, solemnly pledged: “In the course of judging, we will uphold the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency; strictly adhere to the competition rules and the code of conduct for judges; conscientiously fulfill our duties; respect all competitors; officiate with courtesy; maintain a serious and meticulous attitude; refrain from favoritism or personal bias; act with integrity and impartiality; and successfully complete all judging tasks.”

Athlete representative Ding Bao led all participants in taking a solemn oath: to strictly abide by the event’s schedule, adhere to the competition rules and venue discipline, obey the referees, respect our opponents, and, during the competition, to remain humble in victory, resilient in defeat, strive with determination, demonstrate both skill and sportsmanship, and participate in this Games with full enthusiasm and high spirits.

Following the oath‑taking ceremony, Li Bo, head of the Xiayun Production Base, delivered the opening address, encouraging all participants to strive for excellence, demonstrate their style and capabilities, and showcase the company’s outstanding spirit and team cohesion. He urged them to compete safely, courteously, and in accordance with established standards, while upholding a work ethic characterized by greater efficiency, speed, and strength. With the opening address concluded, Liu Manchao, head of the Qianxi Production Base, officially declared the commencement of Haiyue Technology Group’s third Summer Skills Games, themed “Pioneering Innovation, Striving Bravely.”

All contestants entered the Qianxi production workshop to compete in turn. The first event was the “Pliers: Endless Precision” competition, which fully showcased the participants’ meticulousness and precision in their operations. The competitors are striving to outdo one another.

Following closely was the “Junjie Lianhan” competition, which vividly showcased the exceptional welding skills of Haiyue Technology’s employees and the indomitable spirit of Haiyue team members.

The competition has entered its third event, “Fearless Cutting.” “Fearless” embodies the Haiyue team’s spirit of unwavering courage and relentless determination; they will forge ahead, overcoming every obstacle to carve out a path to glory.

The fourth event, “Spray Painter,” has also kicked off with intense competition. The event vividly showcases the contestants’ expert techniques and their keen, meticulous attention to detail.

Next up is the fifth event, “Devilish Polishing from Heaven.” The polishing experts at Haiyue Technology all possess unwavering patience and meticulous care, mastering every specialized polishing technique. Even the roughest surfaces can be polished to a mirror-like smoothness—truly a feat of divine craftsmanship.

The sixth event, “Super Claw Machine,” followed closely behind. The “Super Claw Machine” fully showcased the professional expertise and meticulous operational approach of Haiyue Technology’s participating employees.

The seventh event, “Extraordinary Electricals,” showcases the exceptional professional skills of Haiyue employees. The connection of one wire to another can change the world, bringing warmth and light to all. Each combination of equipment produces a unique effect.

The final event, the “Haiyue HBA” basketball tournament, also called for a moment of relaxation after a day of intense competition. The games were brimming with passion, vividly showcasing the unity and camaraderie of every Haiyue family member. With high spirits, they fought bravely and pressed forward relentlessly, demonstrating the outstanding character and virtues that define the Haiyue spirit.

All competitions have concluded, and all staff have returned to the opening venue to attend the awards ceremony. The host officially declared the ceremony open and invited Chief Judge Tan Changling to announce the competition results, presiding over the awards presentation.  

Chief Judge Tan Changling invited Liu Manchao, head of the Qianxi Production Base; Li Bo, head of the Xia Yun Production Base; and Pang Jianbo, head of the Engineering Department, to present awards to the winning contestants and pose for a group photo.

Wu Hailong, Manager of the Receiving and Shipping Department, Zhang Ruchun, Plant Manager of the Qianxi Production Base, and Deng Mingfei, Plant Manager of the Xia Yun Base, presented awards to the winning contestants and posed for a group photo.

Ding Bao, Assistant Plant Manager at the Qianxi Production Base, and Hua Yiwen, Head of the Assistant Department at the Xia Yun Production Base, presented awards to the winning contestants and posed for a group photo.

Li Bo, head of the Xia Yun production base, delivered the closing address at the third Skills Games of Haiyue Technology Group. He encouraged all Haiyue employees to uphold the spirit of bold striving, unity and collaboration, fearless competition, and relentless self-improvement, so as to make greater contributions to social development, dedicate their efforts to the company’s growth, and work tirelessly toward the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.

Liu Manchao, head of the Qianxi Base, delivered a summary of the third Skills Games hosted by Haiyue Technology Group. He provided a detailed overview of the event, whose theme was “Pioneering Innovation and Striving with All Our Might,” and urged all participants to continue learning and improving in their work, so as to truly become qualified members of the Haiyue family.
