Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, local governments have resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on targeted poverty alleviation and poverty eradication. By focusing on weak links in the poverty‑reduction effort and adopting precise, comprehensive measures, decisive progress has been made: more than 60 million impoverished people have been lifted out of poverty sustainably, and the incidence of poverty has dropped from 10.2% to below 4%. On the afternoon of July 17, 2019, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association visited the company’s Qianxi base.
