Proper use of automated parking garages must be kept in mind.

Due to Ms. Ma’s improper operation of the “elevating parking space,” her vehicle—parked with its door open and carrying an elderly passenger and a child—tilted to the left and fell, sustaining partial damage. Ms. Wang subsequently filed a lawsuit against Ms. Ma, requesting the court to order Ms. Ma to compensate for repair costs totaling over 35,000 yuan, depreciation of the vehicle amounting to 20,000 yuan, and alternative transportation expenses during the repair period in the sum of 7,900 yuan. Recently, the Haidian District People’s Court concluded the case, ruling that both Ms. Wang and Ms. Ma shall bear 50% of the liability each. The fundamental cause of this dispute at the automated parking garage was not product quality, but rather inadequate maintenance and proper use of the lifting‑and‑translating mechanical system. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Kunming Shipbuilding Group, and Yunnan provincial leaders paid a visit to the Qiubei Project in Yunnan.

On May 14, Hu Weimin, Chairman of CSSC Heavy Industry, along with the Chairman of Kunming Shipbuilding Group and other senior leaders from Kunming Shipbuilding Wisdom and Kunming Shipbuilding Intelligence, together with members of the four-tier leadership teams at the provincial, prefectural, municipal, and county levels in Yunnan Province, paid a visit to the Qiu Bei project in Yunnan—a construction site under development belonging to Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group. The project’s chief engineer, Jing Hong, provided full‑time accompaniment throughout the tour. Accompanied by the project’s responsible officials, the group’s leaders and various Yunnan provincial officials inspected the operational status of the project’s equipment and reviewed an overview of the 13 surrounding projects. Through this on-site inspection, the group’s leadership and the Yunnan provincial officials gained a deeper understanding of the true capabilities of Guizhou Haiyue Technology Group, as well as the views of the Chairman of CSSC Heavy Industry.

Haiyue Technology offers you a solution: see how multi‑storey parking garages can address the parking challenges in older residential communities.

In recent years, with the development of the social economy, the number of vehicles in China has continued to rise, creating a stark contrast between the limited supply of parking spaces and the ever‑increasing demand. This issue is particularly acute in older residential communities and densely built urban centers, where parking shortages have become a major source of concern for many residents and a pressing challenge for numerous cities. Older residential neighborhoods, built in earlier decades, were not designed with adequate consideration for vehicle parking spaces, nor did their planning account for future growth. As a result, these areas suffer from insufficient parking infrastructure and poorly organized layouts. Meanwhile, the number of privately owned cars among residents has surged, far outpacing the original capacity of the community.

7 Devilish Laws Every HR Professional Must Know: If You Spot These Types of Employees, Act Fast to Remove Them from the Team!

7 Devilish Laws Every HR Professional Must Know: If You Spot These Types of Employees, Act Fast to Remove Them from the Team!

I am a senior business consultant at a certain company. When I first met its founder, the company had only a few dozen employees; today, it employs nearly a thousand. Both the founder and the senior executives feel that the company today is far less dynamic than it was during its early days. It has become the very thing they once despised: an ever‑expanding organization with increasingly cumbersome processes and ever‑more complex performance evaluations—leaving them yearning to “go back to the startup phase.” But is such a return even possible? It’s like how many adults long for the innocence of childhood, wishing they could never grow up. That kind of return is simply impossible. Each stage of life calls for its own way of living; each stage of a company demands its own approach to management. Below is my summary.

In-Depth Analysis — Vertical Carousel-Type Automated Parking Garage

In-Depth Analysis — Vertical Carousel-Type Automated Parking Garage

The vertical‑circulation automated parking system (commonly designated PCX) is a type of intelligent, unmanned mechanical parking equipment. It occupies a small footprint, offers high vehicle capacity, features a single power source, boasts simple operation, and incurs low maintenance costs, making it well suited for locations where land resources are scarce but parking demand is substantial—particularly hospitals, banks, supermarkets, and tourist attractions—where it delivers exceptionally high parking efficiency. ★Operating Principle★ The vertical‑circulation automated parking system is a parking solution that performs cyclical movement in the vertical direction. A reducer drives a transmission mechanism, and storage racks are mounted at regular intervals along a traction chain. When the motor is activated, the storage racks move vertically in tandem with the chain.
